Tony has over 35 years of progressive experience in dynamic logistics, sourcing, material management, and manufacturing support positions with significant hands on experience in large-scale organizational management, project management, and process reengineering. He has proven success in areas requiring skills in strategic planning, organization redesign, cost reduction and profit and loss management.

 

Tony’s experience includes 20 years as a US Navy Supply Corps Officer where his performance in various high profile supply chain and logistics positions resulted in a Navy Achievement Medal and 2 Navy Commendation Medals for meritorious service.

 

He spent 6 years as the Corporate Director of Global Logistics at Ingersoll-Rand Company where he coordinated the strategies and efforts of over 50 global shipping locations.  Efforts resulted in significant year over year domestic and international productivity improvements, introduction of technology solutions and the set up of domestic and international logistics councils for best practice sharing and group solutions.

 

Over 9 years of supply chain and logistics consulting with Booz-Allen-Hamilton and Supply Chain Edge for both government and commercial business projects.  Projects spanned numerous industries and government agencies.

 

Most recently served as the Vice President of Logistics at The HEICO Companies, LLC where he restructured the transportation operation using a more centralized approach where shipment volumes were leveraged for cost reduction and transactional data was captured in one database.
